Private classes are based entirely on your needs and skill level. We will work with you to create a practice suitable for where you are now. Private lessons are offered at your home or office.
Your tailored, private yoga program is inspired by the following styles:
Vinyasa
An active and athletic style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath.
Yin
Slow paced practice focusing on holding poses for longer periods of time; deep stretches.
Restorative
A practice supported by various props within deeply relaxing poses to sooth the body.
Adaptive/Chair
A gentle opening sequence support by a chair or other props curated specifically for injuries, illness, or trauma.

How it Works
First, give us a call or schedule a time for us to contact you. The phone consultation will determine if we’re a good fit.
Next, an introductory session is set up where you can experience what private yoga is like. The introductory session will also aim to evaluate your needs and explore what you are looking to gain from a yoga practice.
After our initial session, we develop a plan to work together once, twice or three times a week incorporating yoga sessions that meet your specific needs and lifestyle.
If we are the right fit we ask our clients to commit to a 10 - 20 session private Yoga Program.
